Blue Frog Solutions and M&O Form Strategic Partnership

Pompano Beach, Fla. and New York, NY – Blue Frog Solutions, a leading provider of Life & Annuity Order Management, Client Management and Compliance solutions for the insurance and financial sectors, today announced it has formed a strategic partnership with New York City-based Miningham & Oellerich, Inc. (M&O), provider of broker/dealer home office and field-based solutions.

Under the terms of the partnership, the two technology firms have worked together to create a seamless end-to-end insurance application process for financial advisors and broker-dealers.  M&O will provide technology to carrier home office operations and distribution systems for their independent captive sales force to open accounts, and comply with SEC 17a-3 books and record keeping.  Then the financial advisor will be directed, at real time, to Blue Frog's AFFIRM solution for annuity and life insurance order entry, which provides the intelligence around the transactions.  The AFFIRM Solution will also render the required forms and then transmit the carrier-ready transaction to the insurance firm.
