M&O has a staff of highly trained professional programming and systems personnel with extensive experience in the securities industry. These seasoned professionals work together to effectively attend to the technical and creative needs of our clients. We have more than 200 combined years of Financial Industry experience.

M&O's Management Team includes:

Robert D. Miningham - Chief Executive Officer. Bob founded M&O more than 30 years ago. He has more than 35 years of experience in designing and implementing business computing systems. Bob obtained a B.S. degree from Columbia University.

Michael J. Brodeur - President. Mike comes to M&O from MassMutual Financial Group where he served as Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of MML Investors Services, Inc. Mike was responsible for overseeing the transaction processing organizations and providing leadership for the technology support and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Mike held senior positions Fidelity Investments, Inc., and served as President at VeraVest Investments, Inc., Allmerica's affiliated broker/dealer, and Vice President of Allmerica's Life Company, service organization. Mike graduated with an MBA in Operations Management from Bryant University and a BA in Mathematics from College of the Holy Cross.

Michael Novodvorskiy - Chief Operating Officer. Responsible for product development and production, Michael has been with M&O for more than ten years and is the architect of the Serve Me! Suite. Michael managed the implementation of the ServeMe! Suite for many clients and has a M.S. Degree in Computer Science.

Jordan Thompson - Managing Director, Finance & Administration and Chief Security Officer. Jordan has been affiliated with the Company for more than 12 years. Prior to working with M&O he had over 15 years in senior legal positions with both public and private corporations and received a J.D from St. John's University.

Steven R. Glickman - Director of Marketing. Steve brings a wealth of diverse marketing experience to M&O, having been responsible for lead generation and branding at a document management software company, and served as Director of Product Management at D&B. Steve also gained experience at FedEx Kinko's and McCann-Erickson Worldwide. Steve has an MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and B.S. degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware.

Dan Hart - Sales Director. Dan has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry, having held senior management positions with firms such as Kemper Securities, Fiserv Securities and ABN AMRO, allowing him to thoroughly understand the complex issues facing today's securities executives and integrate the solutions that M&O provides to our clients. Dan holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and S-7, 24, 27 and 63 licenses.
